Sponsorship Benefits ( 49kb)

Dear Friends,

Warm Greetings from Indian Health Care Quality Forum !!

You will be pleased to know that IHCQF, an NGO dedicated to the promotion of Quality in Healthcare, is organizing its 3rd International Conclave on July 30 & 31st , 2010 at Epi Center, Gurgaon ( Delhi NCR

More than 300 national and international delegates are expected to participate in the conclave.

While we move towards our responsiveness to the need of patient safety, we have to be equally cautious about the safety of our colleagues – the dedicated healthcare workers who are exposed to enormous risk while taking care of patients. The risk involved in the provision of healthcare has never been taken seriously. Umber of healthcare workers who might have suffered from the needle stick injuries, exposure to hospital acquired infections, radiation hazards and other risk factors, which so many times go un noticed. Ignorance, lack of awareness and training, callous attitude and indifference on the part of the hospital management compounds the situation. The time is ripe that as we dwell over patient safety, we also start working in the direction of healthcare workers safety and address to occupational hazards of healthcare industry.

The plethora of activities being undertaken in a healthcare organization has a major role in influencing the environmental factors. The hospital is a major source of biomedical waste affluent and toxic materials including hazardous chemicals, plastic waste etc.. As cautious partners in creating a healthy future, the healthcare industry needs to address the issues related to environmental safety too.

IHCQF in this conclave is attempting to initiate a step forwards by inviting the National and International experts to create a roadmap towards safety in healthcare organizations and environment safety.

We are approaching your esteemed organization to seek your involvement to make the conclave a success. To make it possible we request for the sponsorship assistance from your organization. We have attempted to provide certain benefits for the gesture, detail of which are set in the attached enclosure and will also be mailing you the detailed brochure containing the programme details soon. May we therefore request you for participating in the conclave and providing the much required support in this noble cause.

Your participation in promoting the cause of safety in healthcare would  enhance the existing highly visible image of your organization and emerge as an inspiration for others to lead by example set by you.

Kind Regards
